He is currently the owner of Fitness Together in Ellicott City, MD. Rob graduated from Elmira College in Elmira, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Rob is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Certified Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength Professionals Association. Other certifications Rob has earned include, Golf Fitness Instructor, through Advantage Golf and RPM Cycling Instructor from BodyTrainingSystems. Rob has worked with people from all fitness levels including complete beginners to collegiate and professional athletes. He’s helped people with a vast range of health issues including, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, and heart disease. In addition he has helped in the post rehabilitation for people with spinal, knee, and shoulder injuries. More commonly, Rob has helped many people lose weight and feel great! He believes in living a healthy lifestyle by eating right and getting plenty of exercise. Rob not only considers himself a fitness professional, but an educator as well and is committed to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Chris Woods Chris has been passionate about health and fitness for most of his life. As a child, he played baseball and studied Taijutsu. Today, Chris competes nationally in flag football and fitness competitions. He became interested in training others in his mid-twenties. As his own relationship with fitness grew Chris began to enjoy sharing his knowledge with others and helping them realize their full physical potential. “I love challenging people and seeing them move beyond their perceived limitations.” Chris is currently certified through the American Council on Exercise. Steve Arce Ever since he saw a Kung Fu movie based on Bruce Lee’s life at the age of seven, Steve has been fascinated by Martial Arts. When he was ten Steve was finally able to pursue his dreams by joining a Kung Fu school in Takoma Park, MD. He’s been practicing Kung Fu ever since. In 1998 he became a Kung Fu Trainer for little kids in his school and took interest in weight training at the age of 16 while in High School. His main goals were based on what Bruce Lee was able to achieve through Martial Arts; his speed, his body structure, and his mental strength. He concentrated in weight training and Kung Fu throughout his High School years. Steve has also been competing in Martial Arts Tournaments all throughout the United States since the age of 14. He is now a Certified Personal Trainer at Fitness Together, where he combines his love for fitness and martial arts into fun, exciting and creative workouts for his clients.
